Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers and tags are intact to maintain the quality of the leather.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
